Since I am the Nacho Mom, it only makes sense that I show you the art of making nachos. I’m half Mexican so I grew up eating nachos. I have tons of nacho recipes up my sleeve but today we will start with my Super Fast Gringo Nachos. My stepkids are American and are not huge fans of Mexican food in general. So instead of completely surrendering and wiping nachos off our family menu, I’ve just tailored the recipe to suit their taste. I don’t use any spicy ingredients and I make sure to use the type of cheese they like. What I love most about this recipe is that it is so quick and easy to make because lord knows I am always pressed for time! And you can use this recipe to clean out your fridge because let’s face it, anything tastes good when you smother it with melted cheese and chips
